How do you know if you are saved? You aren’t saved because you say so. And you aren’t saved because you know how to be saved. You know you are saved when there is a growing pattern of freedom in your life. Freedom from habits that enslave you, patterns of thinking that debilitate your life, and the pain that results from the bondage to sin. Christ died to break the chains of these sinful habits, and in the Gospels, He promises freedom to those who genuinely believe in His truth and do His will.

In Free at Last, James MacDonald teaches you what it means to trust and apply Jesus’ promise of freedom in your life. If you know and believe in Jesus, He will make you free. And if the Son makes you free, you will be free indeed.

If you abide in My word, you are truly My disciples, and you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free. John 8:31-32

This is a resource that you cannot afford to miss. After listening to these sermons I realized that I wasn't saved like I thought I was. I realized that I had just recently come to know the LORD. As I listened to freedom from religion in particular I sat there saying, "Yep, that was me, yes I did that...etc". I couldn't get over how deceived I was thinking for all those years that I was saved. Now, thanks to God, I really am saved and really serving Him; I am experiencing freedom from habitual sin like I never thought possible. If you can only afford 1 or 2 of these get "Are you saved" and "Freedom from religion". "Freedom from Futility" is also really good. You may be shocked to find that you are one of the people JM describes in this series!
