Do you feel the heat?  Are you in the fires of testing right now?  Are life's circumstances hammering you?

This could be the most important season of your life.  How you respond to God's work in these difficult times determines the measure of your joy and the strength of your character in days to come.

As Hebrews 12:11 says, "For the moment all discipline seems painful, rather than pleasant, but later it yields the peaceful fruit of righteousness to those who have been trained by it."  God's hand is on the thermostat of your life, protecting you from the hammer and the heat.  He will not, however, stand in the way of the refining work that these times of testing will prompt.

In this DVD message captured live at An Evening of Worship & the Word in Conover, North Carolina, Pastor James MacDonald will give you a glimpse at the consequence or blessing that's ahead for you as determined by your willingness to be molded into the likeness of His Son, Christ Jesus.

This honest, truly loving message of truth from Hebrews 12 will direct you to learn how to get God's best from times of testing.

The men of our church have been viewing Pastor James' DVD's for a 10 week session we titled "Burnin' Daylight" (for 10 consecutive Wednesday nights). This DVD, Getting God's Best, was the turning point for so many "Christian" men in our church. God has used pastor James as His instrument to get to the heart of the matter with believers in this day and age. I purchased 8 more DVD's to give and send to people in need of the truth of God's Word. This DVD is profoundly influential, and I will cherish it for many years. Pastor Scott, in Scottsbluff, Nebraska. (for WITW: job38-1234@hotmail.com)
